WellCott Woods is a direct importer of Hardwoods and Softwoods and is based at Lahore in Pakistan. WellCott started its operations in year 2013 and now is known as one of the leading importers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers for all kind of imported woods. We have grown by leaps and bounds with an average monthly turnover of 15-20 containers, offering almost all kinds of imported Hardwoods and Softwoods that are in demand in Pakistani market.
Being a direct importer means that we can put in place certain quality protocols and checks & balances which otherwise a local trader cannot; tracking our wood back to the logger enables us to ensure that all quality protocols are met and that the wood we receive is authentic, free from any mixing, properly Kiln Dried, tested for moisture content (at source and destination) and to the exact specifications. This kind of firm control over our supply chain and strong relationships with our sourcing partners translates into consistent good quality that our customers can rely on.

Fayyaz Riaz
CEO, WellCott WoodsMr. Fayyaz Riaz has an accumulative professional work experience spanning over 26 years, with 5 years in the corporate sector, 15 years in semi-government and the past 6 years as an entrepreneur. While serving 15 years with a development organization in public sector and providing help to kick-starting/setting-up numerous furniture workshops and wood related cottage industries, Mr. Fayyaz came to love wood product line for its overall simplicity yet its detailed complexity; the more he immersed into it, the more he understood its nitty-gritty and the more engrossing it became for him. Mr. Fayyaz has also undertaken a few entrepreneurial ventures in the past in the textiles and livestock sectors; the accumulated applied learning of those past ventures is one of the core successes factors behind WellCott Woods.
